Transport, Marıtıme Affaırs and Communıcatıons Mınıstery Staff Attended Iftar Dınner
Minister Ahmet Arslan attended to the iftar dinner with Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications Ministry staff. Chairman of Information and Communication Technologies Authority, Dr. Ömer Fatih Sayan, Board Members, Head of Departments and staff also attended the dinner hosted by Minister Ahmet Arslan on 09/06/2016.
In his speech at the Iftar program, Arslan stated that “I have no doubt that no matter where, this family with 100 thousand people will join their forces, give their hearts, to carry our country to contemporary civilisation level that great leader Atatürk has showed, to carry the 2023 goals, and work night and day to carry this country to better conditions for our children and grandchildren”
He also stated that “I want to emphasize something especially. As long as our country realizes these projects, as Turkey’ position is real corridor and not only on maps, geographical location as a bridge between Europe and Asia, but only on a real corridor on all main transportation corridors like sea route, railways, airways or land route and utilise this real corridor position economically and in our commercial relationship, and improve the social and human relations with other countries, unfortunately, there are those who are pleased for us but also there are some who are not pleased. Who means our unity and solidarity should know that as yesterday, today and tomorrow they will not be able to prejudice to this unity and solidarity
Minister Arslan mentioned that, as of Transportation family, they live the glory of finishing so many big projects and he also stated that “Today to see the doyen and real patron of this Ministry, who has been a big brother to this family for 14 years, in the Prime Minister’s seat; and to take the responsibility of the family at least ministry level with his support in Prime Ministry both affects me and makes me pleased.”
After completing his speech, Minister Arslan accepted the flower presented to him and a souvenir photo taken with the senior officials of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications Ministry.
